Q: I need my order to arrive by a certain date how can I guarantee that will happen.
A: When you place an order online for delivery and have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the notes portion of the ordering process OR send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate and possibly can offer expedited shipping options.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We typically ship most orders within 24-48 hours unless specified otherwise. We deliver locally Monday – Friday but only ship out of town orders Monday – Thursday to avoid any UPS weekend delays.
Q: I have a question about my order, how do I talk to a real person?
A: If you have any questions about your online order please call our Corporate Office at 330-531-6170 Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm or send us an email at email@example.com.
Q: Do you offer franchises?
A: At this time we are not actively looking for franchisees but you never know if we’ll change our minds. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to be added to our potential franchisee list.
Q: Are you hiring?
A: Heck yeah! We are always hiring for the right people to join our team. If you’d like to work in the shop please stop in our Boardman during business hours and fill out an application or if you are looking for an internship at our corporate offices please email your resume to email@example.com
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refunds are considered on an individual basis, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are requesting a refund.
