Q: I need my order to arrive by a certain date how can I guarantee that will happen.
A: When you place an order online for delivery and have specific delivery instructions, please include them in the notes portion of the ordering process OR send us an email at email@example.com and include your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate and possibly can offer expedited shipping options.
Q: I have an allergy, can I still enjoy your delicious products?
A: While we do offer Gluten Free and Vegan options and take every measure possible to avoid potential cross contamination, all of our products are made in a facility that handles allergens such as nuts, tree nuts, dairy, and gluten.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We typically ship most orders within 24-48 hours unless specified otherwise. We deliver locally Monday – Friday but only ship out of town orders Monday – Thursday to avoid any UPS weekend delays.
Q: I have a question about my order, how do I talk to a real person?
A: If you have any questions about your online order please call our Corporate Office at 330-531-6170 Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you offer franchises?
A: At this time we are not actively looking for franchisees but you never know if we’ll change our minds. Email us at email@example.com if you’d like to be added to our potential franchisee list.
Q: Are you hiring?
A: Heck yeah! We are always hiring for the right people to join our team. Q: What is your refund policy?
